נַחֲמ֥וּ נַחֲמ֖וּ עַמִּ֑י יֹאמַ֖ר אֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃

Comfort ye, comfort ye My people, saith your God.

The Laughing Dove is saying: “Comfort My people, comfort them, says your elo’ah.”
