וּבְנֻחֹ֖ה יֹאמַ֑ר שׁוּבָ֣ה יְהוָ֔ה רִֽבְב֖וֹת אַלְפֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ (׆) (ס)
And when it rested, he said: ‘Return, O LORD, unto the ten thousands of the families of Israel.’

Come to rest, Hashem, among the myriads and thousands of Israel. The explanation is that the twenty-two thousand Levites who carried the Mikdash should rest from their labor.
