Quotation for Lamentations 5:12

שָׂרִים֙ בְּיָדָ֣ם נִתְל֔וּ פְּנֵ֥י זְקֵנִ֖ים לֹ֥א נֶהְדָּֽרוּ׃

Princes are hanged up by their hand; The faces of elders are not honoured.

Princes were hung by their hands. Alas! Because they were violent and robbed the poor. Alas! what has occurred to us.
