Reference for Deuteronomy 32:28

כִּי־ג֛וֹי אֹבַ֥ד עֵצ֖וֹת הֵ֑מָּה וְאֵ֥ין בָּהֶ֖ם תְּבוּנָֽה׃

For they are a nation void of counsel, And there is no understanding in them.
