Reference for Exodus 28:16

רָב֥וּעַ יִֽהְיֶ֖ה כָּפ֑וּל זֶ֥רֶת אָרְכּ֖וֹ וְזֶ֥רֶת רָחְבּֽוֹ׃

Four-square it shall be and double: a span shall be the length thereof, and a span the breadth thereof.
