Reference for Ezekiel 20:17

וַתָּ֧חָס עֵינִ֛י עֲלֵיהֶ֖ם מִֽשַּׁחֲתָ֑ם וְלֹֽא־עָשִׂ֧יתִי אוֹתָ֛ם כָּלָ֖ה בַּמִּדְבָּֽר׃

Nevertheless Mine eye spared them from destroying them, neither did I make a full end of them in the wilderness.
