Reference for Ezekiel 4:17

לְמַ֥עַן יַחְסְר֖וּ לֶ֣חֶם וָמָ֑יִם וְנָשַׁ֙מּוּ֙ אִ֣ישׁ וְאָחִ֔יו וְנָמַ֖קּוּ בַּעֲוֺנָֽם׃ (פ)

that they may want bread and water, and be appalled one with another, and pine away in their iniquity.
