Reference for Ezekiel 44:20

וְרֹאשָׁם֙ לֹ֣א יְגַלֵּ֔חוּ וּפֶ֖רַע לֹ֣א יְשַׁלֵּ֑חוּ כָּס֥וֹם יִכְסְמ֖וּ אֶת־רָאשֵׁיהֶֽם׃

Neither shall they shave their heads, nor suffer their locks to grow long; they shall only poll their heads.
