Reference for Ezekiel 32:14

אָ֚ז אַשְׁקִ֣יעַ מֵֽימֵיהֶ֔ם וְנַהֲרוֹתָ֖ם כַּשֶּׁ֣מֶן אוֹלִ֑יךְ נְאֻ֖ם אֲדֹנָ֥י יְהוִֽה׃

Then will I make their waters to settle, And cause their rivers to run like oil, Saith the Lord GOD.
