Reference for Judges 9:30

וַיִּשְׁמַ֗ע זְבֻל֙ שַׂר־הָעִ֔יר אֶת־דִּבְרֵ֖י גַּ֣עַל בֶּן־עָ֑בֶד וַיִּ֖חַר אַפּֽוֹ׃

And when Zebul the ruler of the city heard the words of Gaal the son of Ebed, his anger was kindled.
