בִּמְלֹ֣אות שִׂ֭פְקוֹ יֵ֣צֶר ל֑וֹ כָּל־יַ֖ד עָמֵ֣ל תְּבוֹאֶֽנּוּ׃
In the fulness of his sufficiency he shall be in straits; The hand of every one that is in misery shall come upon him.
