עוֹכֵ֣ר בֵּ֭יתוֹ יִנְחַל־ר֑וּחַ וְעֶ֥בֶד אֱ֝וִ֗יל לַחֲכַם־לֵֽב׃

He that troubleth his own house shall inherit the wind; And the foolish shall be servant to the wise of heart.
