Reference for Proverbs 12:5

מַחְשְׁב֣וֹת צַדִּיקִ֣ים מִשְׁפָּ֑ט תַּחְבֻּל֖וֹת רְשָׁעִ֣ים מִרְמָֽה׃

The thoughts of the righteous are right; But the counsels of the wicked are deceit.
