עִ֣יר גִּ֭בֹּרִים עָלָ֣ה חָכָ֑ם וַ֝יֹּ֗רֶד עֹ֣ז מִבְטֶחָֽה׃

A wise man scaleth the city of the mighty, And bringeth down the stronghold wherein it trusteth.
