Reference for Proverbs 21:30

אֵ֣ין חָ֭כְמָה וְאֵ֣ין תְּבוּנָ֑ה וְאֵ֥ין עֵ֝צָ֗ה לְנֶ֣גֶד יְהוָֽה׃ (פ)

There is no wisdom nor understanding Nor counsel against the LORD.
