Reference for Proverbs 26:3

שׁ֣וֹט לַ֭סּוּס מֶ֣תֶג לַחֲמ֑וֹר וְ֝שֵׁ֗בֶט לְגֵ֣ו כְּסִילִֽים׃

A whip for the horse, a bridle for the ass, And a rod for the back of fools.
