Reference for Proverbs 26:7

דַּלְי֣וּ שֹׁ֭קַיִם מִפִּסֵּ֑חַ וּ֝מָשָׁ֗ל בְּפִ֣י כְסִילִֽים׃

The legs hang limp from the lame; So is a parable in the mouth of fools.
