Reference for Hosea 11:5

לֹ֤א יָשׁוּב֙ אֶל־אֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרַ֔יִם וְאַשּׁ֖וּר ה֣וּא מַלְכּ֑וֹ כִּ֥י מֵאֲנ֖וּ לָשֽׁוּב׃

He shall not return into the land of Egypt, But the Assyrian shall be his king, Because they refused to return.
