Reference for Psalms 119:34

הֲ֭בִינֵנִי וְאֶצְּרָ֥ה תֽוֹרָתֶ֗ךָ וְאֶשְׁמְרֶ֥נָּה בְכָל־לֵֽב׃

Give me understanding, that I keep Thy law and observe it with my whole heart.
