Reference for Psalms 94:8

בִּ֭ינוּ בֹּעֲרִ֣ים בָּעָ֑ם וּ֝כְסִילִ֗ים מָתַ֥י תַּשְׂכִּֽילוּ׃

Consider, ye brutish among the people; And ye fools, when will ye understand?
