Reference for Zechariah 9:2

וְגַם־חֲמָ֖ת תִּגְבָּל־בָּ֑הּ צֹ֣ר וְצִיד֔וֹן כִּ֥י חָֽכְמָ֖ה מְאֹֽד׃

And Hamath also shall border thereon; Tyre and Zidon, for she is very wise.
