Reference for Psalms 74:11

לָ֤מָּה תָשִׁ֣יב יָ֭דְךָ וִֽימִינֶ֑ךָ מִקֶּ֖רֶב חוקך [חֵֽיקְךָ֣] כַלֵּֽה׃

Why withdrawest Thou Thy hand, even Thy right hand? Draw it out of Thy bosom and consume them.
