Isaiah 44:27 Second Temple Literature

הָאֹמֵ֥ר לַצּוּלָ֖ה חֳרָ֑בִי וְנַהֲרֹתַ֖יִךְ אוֹבִֽישׁ׃

That saith to the deep: ‘Be dry, and I will dry up thy rivers’;
