לַבְּקָרִ֗ים אַצְמִ֥ית כָּל־רִשְׁעֵי־אָ֑רֶץ לְהַכְרִ֥ית מֵֽעִיר־יְ֝הוָ֗ה כָּל־פֹּ֥עֲלֵי אָֽוֶן׃
Morning by morning will I destroy all the wicked of the land; to cut off all the workers of iniquity from the city of the LORD.

O L rd, in the morning You hear my voice [(entreating You to exact retribution of the wicked [(the morning being their time of judgment (viz. 101:8)]. In the morning I set forth [my prayer] before You, and I hope [(for Your judgment against them)].
