Targum for Exodus 21:1

וְאֵ֙לֶּה֙ הַמִּשְׁפָּטִ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֥ר תָּשִׂ֖ים לִפְנֵיהֶֽם׃

Now these are the ordinances which thou shalt set before them.

AND these are the orders of judgments which thou shalt order before them.
