Targum for Exodus 30:19

וְרָחֲצ֛וּ אַהֲרֹ֥ן וּבָנָ֖יו מִמֶּ֑נּוּ אֶת־יְדֵיהֶ֖ם וְאֶת־רַגְלֵיהֶֽם׃

And Aaron and his sons shall wash their hands and their feet thereat;

And they shall take from it for a cleansing ablution. And Aharon and his sons shall sanctify their hands and their feet with its water;
