Targum for Exodus 32:14

וַיִּנָּ֖חֶם יְהוָ֑ה עַל־הָ֣רָעָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר דִּבֶּ֖ר לַעֲשׂ֥וֹת לְעַמּֽוֹ׃ (פ)

And the LORD repented of the evil which He said He would do unto His people.

And there was relenting before the Lord over the evil which He had thought to do unto His people.
