Targum for Exodus 4:13
וַיֹּ֖אמֶר בִּ֣י אֲדֹנָ֑י שְֽׁלַֽח־נָ֖א בְּיַד־תִּשְׁלָֽח׃
And he said: ‘Oh Lord, send, I pray Thee, by the hand of him whom Thou wilt send.’
Targum Jonathan on Exodus
And he said, I pray for mercy before the Lord. Send now Thy sending by the hand of Phinehas, by whom it is to be sent at the end of the days.
