Targum for Exodus 9:21

וַאֲשֶׁ֥ר לֹא־שָׂ֛ם לִבּ֖וֹ אֶל־דְּבַ֣ר יְהוָ֑ה וַֽיַּעֲזֹ֛ב אֶת־עֲבָדָ֥יו וְאֶת־מִקְנֵ֖הוּ בַּשָּׂדֶֽה׃ (פ)

and he that regarded not the word of the LORD left his servants and his cattle in the field.

But Bileam, who did not set his heart upon the word of the Lord, left his servants and his flocks in the field.
