Targum for Exodus 1:20
וַיֵּ֥יטֶב אֱלֹהִ֖ים לַֽמְיַלְּדֹ֑ת וַיִּ֧רֶב הָעָ֛ם וַיַּֽעַצְמ֖וּ מְאֹֽד׃
And God dealt well with the midwives; and the people multiplied, and waxed very mighty.

And the Lord did good to the midwives, and the people multiplied and prevailed greatly.
