Targum for Genesis 10:8
וְכ֖וּשׁ יָלַ֣ד אֶת־נִמְרֹ֑ד ה֣וּא הֵחֵ֔ל לִֽהְי֥וֹת גִּבֹּ֖ר בָּאָֽרֶץ׃
And Cush begot Nimrod; he began to be a mighty one in the earth.
Targum Jonathan on Genesis
And Kush begat Nimrod: he began to be mighty in sin, and to rebel before the Lord in the earth.
