Targum for Genesis 12:17

וַיְנַגַּ֨ע יְהוָ֧ה ׀ אֶת־פַּרְעֹ֛ה נְגָעִ֥ים גְּדֹלִ֖ים וְאֶת־בֵּית֑וֹ עַל־דְּבַ֥ר שָׂרַ֖י אֵ֥שֶׁת אַבְרָֽם׃

And the LORD plagued Pharaoh and his house with great plagues because of Sarai Abram’s wife.

And the Word of the Lord sent great plagues against Pharoh and the men of his house, on account of Sara, Abram's wife.
