Targum for Genesis 17:4
אֲנִ֕י הִנֵּ֥ה בְרִיתִ֖י אִתָּ֑ךְ וְהָיִ֕יתָ לְאַ֖ב הֲמ֥וֹן גּוֹיִֽם׃
’As for Me, behold, My covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be the father of a multitude of nations.
Targum Jonathan on Genesis
Behold, I have confirmed (or divided) my covenant with thee; and thou shalt be the father of many peoples.
