Targum for Genesis 21:5

וְאַבְרָהָ֖ם בֶּן־מְאַ֣ת שָׁנָ֑ה בְּהִוָּ֣לֶד ל֔וֹ אֵ֖ת יִצְחָ֥ק בְּנֽוֹ׃

And Abraham was a hundred years old, when his son Isaac was born unto him.

And Abraham was the son of an hundred years when Izhak his son was born to him.
