Targum for Genesis 26:11

וַיְצַ֣ו אֲבִימֶ֔לֶךְ אֶת־כָּל־הָעָ֖ם לֵאמֹ֑ר הַנֹּגֵ֜עַ בָּאִ֥ישׁ הַזֶּ֛ה וּבְאִשְׁתּ֖וֹ מ֥וֹת יוּמָֽת׃

And Abimelech charged all the people, saying: ‘He that toucheth this man or his wife shall surely be put to death.’

And Abimelek instructed all the people, Whoever shall go near to injure this man or his wife, shall verily be put to death.
