Targum for Genesis 31:44
וְעַתָּ֗ה לְכָ֛ה נִכְרְתָ֥ה בְרִ֖ית אֲנִ֣י וָאָ֑תָּה וְהָיָ֥ה לְעֵ֖ד בֵּינִ֥י וּבֵינֶֽךָ׃
And now come, let us make a covenant, I and thou; and let it be for a witness between me and thee.’

And now come, let us strike a covenant, I and thou, and it shall be for a witness between me and thee.
