Targum for Genesis 31:48

וַיֹּ֣אמֶר לָבָ֔ן הַגַּ֨ל הַזֶּ֥ה עֵ֛ד בֵּינִ֥י וּבֵינְךָ֖ הַיּ֑וֹם עַל־כֵּ֥ן קָרָֽא־שְׁמ֖וֹ גַּלְעֵֽד׃

And Laban said: ‘This heap is witness between me and thee this day.’ Therefore was the name of it called Galeed;

And Laban said, This mound is a witness between me and you today; therefore it was called, Gal-ed;>>
