Targum for Genesis 35:13

וַיַּ֥עַל מֵעָלָ֖יו אֱלֹהִ֑ים בַּמָּק֖וֹם אֲשֶׁר־דִּבֶּ֥ר אִתּֽוֹ׃

And God went up from him in the place where He spoke with him.

And the Shekinah of the Lord ascended from him in the place where He had spoken with him
