Targum for Genesis 35:18

וַיְהִ֞י בְּצֵ֤את נַפְשָׁהּ֙ כִּ֣י מֵ֔תָה וַתִּקְרָ֥א שְׁמ֖וֹ בֶּן־אוֹנִ֑י וְאָבִ֖יו קָֽרָא־ל֥וֹ בִנְיָמִֽין׃

And it came to pass, as her soul was in departing—for she died—that she called his name Ben-oni; but his father called him Benjamin.

And it was in the going forth of her soul, for death came upon her, that she called his name The son of my woe: but his father called him Benjamin.
