Targum for Genesis 36:19

אֵ֧לֶּה בְנֵי־עֵשָׂ֛ו וְאֵ֥לֶּה אַלּוּפֵיהֶ֖ם ה֥וּא אֱדֽוֹם׃ (ס)

These are the sons of Esau, and these are their chiefs; the same is Edom.
