Targum for Genesis 40:3
וַיִּתֵּ֨ן אֹתָ֜ם בְּמִשְׁמַ֗ר בֵּ֛ית שַׂ֥ר הַטַבָּחִ֖ים אֶל־בֵּ֣ית הַסֹּ֑הַר מְק֕וֹם אֲשֶׁ֥ר יוֹסֵ֖ף אָס֥וּר שָֽׁם׃
And he put them in ward in the house of the captain of the guard, into the prison, the place where Joseph was bound.
Targum Jonathan on Genesis
And he gave them in ward in the house of the chief executioner, the prison house where Joseph was confined.
