Targum for Genesis 42:14
וַיֹּ֥אמֶר אֲלֵהֶ֖ם יוֹסֵ֑ף ה֗וּא אֲשֶׁ֨ר דִּבַּ֧רְתִּי אֲלֵכֶ֛ם לֵאמֹ֖ר מְרַגְּלִ֥ים אַתֶּֽם׃
And Joseph said unto them: ‘That is it that I spoke unto you, saying: Ye are spies.

And Joseph said to them, This is what I have spoken to you, saying, You are spies.
