Targum for Genesis 46:32

וְהָאֲנָשִׁים֙ רֹ֣עֵי צֹ֔אן כִּֽי־אַנְשֵׁ֥י מִקְנֶ֖ה הָי֑וּ וְצֹאנָ֧ם וּבְקָרָ֛ם וְכָל־אֲשֶׁ֥ר לָהֶ֖ם הֵבִֽיאוּ׃

and the men are shepherds, for they have been keepers of cattle; and they have brought their flocks, and their herds, and all that they have.

The men are pastors of sheep; for they are men, the masters of flocks; and their sheep and oxen and all which they have, they have brought.
