Targum for Genesis 7:24

וַיִּגְבְּר֥וּ הַמַּ֖יִם עַל־הָאָ֑רֶץ חֲמִשִּׁ֥ים וּמְאַ֖ת יֽוֹם׃

And the waters prevailed upon the earth a hundred and fifty days.
