Targum for Isaiah 1:27

צִיּ֖וֹן בְּמִשְׁפָּ֣ט תִּפָּדֶ֑ה וְשָׁבֶ֖יהָ בִּצְדָקָֽה׃

Zion shall be redeemed with justice, And they that return of her with righteousness.

As for Zion, when justice shall be practised in her, she shall be redeemed; and those that do the law shall return to her in righteousness.
