Targum for Isaiah 3:4

וְנָתַתִּ֥י נְעָרִ֖ים שָׂרֵיהֶ֑ם וְתַעֲלוּלִ֖ים יִמְשְׁלוּ־בָֽם׃

And I will give children to be their princes, And babes shall rule over them.

And I will appoint sucklings to be their governors, and the weak shall rule over them.
