Targum for Isaiah 10:19

וּשְׁאָ֥ר עֵ֛ץ יַעְר֖וֹ מִסְפָּ֣ר יִֽהְי֑וּ וְנַ֖עַר יִכְתְּבֵֽם׃ (פ)

And the remnant of the trees of his forest shall be few, That a child may write them down.

And the rest of his warriors shall come to an end, that the people shall be a small number, and they shall be reckoned a weak kingdom.
