ה֥וֹי אַשּׁ֖וּר שֵׁ֣בֶט אַפִּ֑י וּמַטֶּה־ה֥וּא בְיָדָ֖ם זַעְמִֽי׃
O Asshur, the rod of Mine anger, In whose hand as a staff is Mine indignation!

Woe to the Assyrian, the government of my fury, an angel is sent from before me against them for a curse!
