Targum for Isaiah 13:12

אוֹקִ֥יר אֱנ֖וֹשׁ מִפָּ֑ז וְאָדָ֖ם מִכֶּ֥תֶם אוֹפִֽיר׃

I will make man more rare than fine gold, Even man than the pure gold of Ophir.

And I will love them that fear me more than gold, in which the sons of men glory; and those that keep the law more than the fine gold of Ophir.
