Targum for Isaiah 13:19
וְהָיְתָ֤ה בָבֶל֙ צְבִ֣י מַמְלָכ֔וֹת תִּפְאֶ֖רֶת גְּא֣וֹן כַּשְׂדִּ֑ים כְּמַהְפֵּכַ֣ת אֱלֹהִ֔ים אֶת־סְדֹ֖ם וְאֶת־עֲמֹרָֽה׃
And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, The beauty of the Chaldeans’pride, Shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
And Babylon shall become, she that was aforetimes the joy of kings, the beauty of the Chaldeens' excellency, as the overthrow wherewith the Lord overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah.
